Event Insurance is required for every vendor exhibiting in the MotoAmerica fan zone.
The Following Requirements are mandatory
- The COI shall designate “Krave Group, LLC” as the Certificate Holder
- Workers Compenstion State Statutory Limits.
- Comprehensive General Liability: Required limits are $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Automotive Liability: Combined bodily injury and property damage liability with a combined single limit of $1,000,000.
- Waiver of Subrogation: Provider’s insurance shall contain a waiver of subrogation clause.
- ADDITIONAL INSURED: each event has specific additionally insured that must be included.
