How to Assign your Vendor Wristbands
Assign your vendor passes for your Vendor space in the fan zone, AFTER your registration is complete. Every member of your team (including yourself) needs a Vendor Pass in order to enter into the gates.
All assigned Vendor Passes will be ready at Industry Will Call for pickup with a photo ID.
Step 1:
You must already be registered for the specific event. If you have not registered please go do so now.
Your registration must be paid and confirmed by Kristen Jackson before your vendor passes will show up in your account.
Step 2:
Go to the “Assign Credentials” page below and click the red button, “Login with Motorsport Reg.” This must be the same email that was used for the registration itself.
If a popup appears asking to authorize, you must allow this and click “Authorize.”
Step 3:
After successful login you will see the blue page with your name at the top. You will see all the available credentials that have been issued to you.
Scroll down and select the option for “Vendor Wristbands.”
Step 4:
Select the flashing + and follow the steps to add the names of your vendor team for the event.
Every person who plans to enter the gates for the event must have this assigned prior to arrival.

Wristband Pickup:
All assigned Vendor Passes will be available at the track’s Industry Will Call. You must show your ID to pick up your pass. Refer to the event FAQ page for a map.
