Vendor Registration

Vendors exhibit in the Fan Zone at MotoAmerica events. Spaces start at 10′ by 10′ and can go as large as necessary. View the 2025 Calendar for all MotoAmerica Events.

Vendors fall into two categories: Sponsors with a vendor space in their contract, and non-sponsor exhibitors.

If you are already a sponsor, or wish to be one, please make sure your account is setup before moving forward.

Registration Process

Step 1. Create an Account

If you don’t already have a login for MotorsportReg, create a free account at www.motorsportsreg.com. On the website select “Join” and fill in the form to “Create Your Account.

Step 2. Confirm your Status

Are you a non-sponsor? Great! You can move forward to step 3.

If you are MotoAmerica sponsor with exhibitor space included in your contract, do not move forward until your MotosportReg account has been tagged as a sponsor by us, please email Kristen or Tonia.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to Jeff Nasi: jnasi@motoamerica.com and CC ttroncone@motoamerica.com.

Step 3: Registration

Register for the specific event that you are interested in.

(Sponsors, you may register for multiple events at once. Do this by entering the registration for your first event of the year, then selecting “Auto-Enter.”)

Step 4: Final Steps sent by email after registration.

After you are finished with registration you will receive an email from Kristen with details about assigning names to Vendor Passes and COI requirements.

Certificate of Insurance: Your COI is due one week prior to the event. Please check the specific requirements beforehand as each event is has different requirements.

Vendor Wristbands: You will be required to assign names within our system in order for yourself and your team to pick up Vendor Wristbands at Industry Will Call. This must be done prior to the event. Please make sure to follow the steps given on how to do this.

2025 Electronic Waiver: Every vendor pass holder needs to submit the Annual MotoAmerica
Waiver one time for the year. Note: This requires the use of a cell phone – enable camera access when requested. Please have each person submit this prior to arriving at the track. Annual Waiver link.
